Scattered amongst the commotion and many shops of Pike Place Market lay the jewels of Seattle. In our nations oldest open market, a monument to a time before grocery stores and shopping malls, hides a shop where utilitarian art and fresh produce can both be found.

Choice sits on the corner of Post Alley and Pike Place, a family owned business providing our city with a splash of color and an affordable alternative to the large impersonal super markets. The Peppers on Post Alley are a unique reworking of an ancient practice.As an art piece it will provide you with years of beauty, the peppers tell a familiar story as they slowly dry and preserve themselves.

The peppers we use are fresh and when the summer stretches into autumn we venture over the Cascades and head to the Yakima valley picking the most stunning peppers under the Eastern Washington sun.

This means that our peppers are never artificially preserved and are completely edible, use them
fresh or wait for them to dry. As a small business we find it important to support local farms and other small business' so please support us by calling, ordering online, or stopping by when you visit the Emerald City.
